Due to the personal and intimate nature of this journal—designed to be written in, prayed over, and filled with your private thoughts—we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once the product has been shipped.
This policy ensures:
- The integrity and privacy of each journal
- That every customer receives a brand-new, unopened product
- High standards for a product meant for personal daily use
What We Do Offer:
Damaged or Defective Products:
If your journal arrives damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect (missing pages, printing errors, binding issues), we've got you covered.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll:
- Send a replacement journal at no cost, OR
- Issue a full refund

- Your order number
- Photos of the damage/defect
- Brief description of the issue
We'll make it right immediately—no hassle, no questions.
